The Big World open to the public in 2017 by created with building facade lighting. The 100 year old Shanghai big world architecture is composed of 12 columns of hexagonal, milky filled yellow spires. MF Joined the design of this histories building Shanghai Big World and put on a splendid “coat” for this historic building in Shanghai. MF used our own design and produced LED fixture C36 & C62, it depicts the exterior doors and windows of the big world of Shanghai, highlighting the layering between floors. LED dot pixels decorate the unique contours of ancient building like the star and bright pearl in the city. Golden yellow lights wash the entire external wall, creates a retro feel for the building.
